SCOPE

These general terms and conditions apply to the contractual agreement undertaken between you, the purchaser, and The Shirt Factory International AB, herewith called TSF, upon a purchase being made at shirtfactoryshop.se. In these general terms and conditions reference is made to the customer service pages on shirtfactory.se. The act of making an order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

DELIVERY

Prices shown on the Shirt Factory Shop include V.A.T.

TSF speedily dispatches confirmed orders and in the order they have come in. Normal delivery times are approx. 3-5 working days.

If a delivery cannot be fulfilled because the item is not in stock or if delivery will be delayed for other reasons, a message will be sent to you within 14 days of the order being made.

TSF is not liable for any damages related to failure to deliver the items within the normal delivery time.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

Goods damaged during transport will be replaced by TSF at no extra cost.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of a force majeure, TSF is released from its contractual responsibilities. If the period of force majeure lasts longer than 2 months, then the purchaser and TSF reserve the right to terminate the agreement without any liability for damages.

Force majeure is considered to include strikes, illness among staff, transport stoppages, import/export bans, irrespective if these occur to the company or its suppliers.
