SCOPE

These general terms and conditions apply to the contractual agreement undertaken between you, the purchaser, and The Shirt Factory International AB, herewith called TSF, upon a purchase being made at shirtfactoryshop.se. In these general terms and conditions reference is made to the customer service pages on shirtfactory.se. The act of making an order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

PRICES & CHARGES

Prices shown on the Shirt Factory Shop include V.A.T.

We always have free delivery to all EU-countries.

CARD AND DIRECT PAYMENT VIA INTERNET BANK

Payment solutions are managed by a third party, Payer Sweden AB, responsible for the solutions’ functionality and security. See www.payer.se for further information.

AGE LIMIT

According to legislation, TSF cannot fulfil orders from people under 16 years of age.

Furthermore, the age limit for card payments on shirtfactoryshop.se is 18.

FORCE MAJURE

In the event of a force majeure, TSF is released from its contractual responsibilities. If the period of force majeure lasts longer than 2 months, then the purchaser and TSF reserve the right to terminate the agreement without any liability for damages. Force majeure is considered to include strikes, illness among staff, transport stoppages, import/export bans, irrespective if these occur to the company or its suppliers.
