Your purchases come with a 14-day right of return. During this period, right of return means you can send back the articles purchased with no obligations except payment of the return shipping costs. The returned goods must be intact and unused.

Charges are the same no matter how many goods have been purchased. For example, the return of part of a consignment of goods does not imply repayment of the return shipping costs.
